The rooms are good-sized with very comfy beds and smoke detectors. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is satisfactory and sensational.
The bathrooms are not well lit.

I have stayed in the king room with a large balcony with an amazing view of the montains. They have a balcony and a terrace. All the staff members are courteous and pleasant.

The stay here was excellant, truly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with marvellous location not far from bus stop to Nice Airport, a cafe and the railway station, shops and restaurants.
The staff we met were not very welcoming.

The value for money at Riva Art & Spa was worth every penny. The room was spacious, cozy, and had an incredible view of the Mediterranean Sea. The location was superb, with easy access to town and the beaches. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from offering a wider variety of options.

The location is very good and directly at walking distance from the city Menton. Sea view just brilliant. Whirlpool on the roof was a bit in need of renovation but very nice.
Parking spaces are scarce. But always found something after 10-15 minutes at most. No coffee machine or electric kettle in the room.

Everything was clean and perfect. Had tidy king room with a balcony and wake-up service was available in it. The staff was pleasant, went the extra mile to provide an excellent stay. I enjoyed 1 night in this property.

Parking for the car was difficult and not safe. Very much traffic noise also on the sea side. To use the pool on the roof is unfortunately only possible for a very limited time. Bath very dark.

The staff at Riva Art & Spa were incredibly helpful and friendly, always greeting us with a warm "Bonjour". The room was immaculately clean and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The hotel's location made it easy to access public transportation to Monte Carlo and Nice. Plus, the zen area on the roof terrace was a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

This is the fifth time in the last ten years that my wife and I have stayed at this hotel. Enough said. It is well maintained and has a balcony overlooking the ocean. It is a 10 minute walk to downtown and much less to the nearest supermarket and boulangerie and patisserie. The bar fridge can be very useful.
Rooms are a little on the small size but are very well organized.
